The TEAC AD-850 features a single cassette deck with a two-head, unidirectional design. It supports normal, chrome, and metal tapes (playback only) and offers essential features such as adjustable playback speed with a ±10% control range.

CD Player: Multi-Format Playback

The built-in CD player supports CD-R/RW discs and MP3 file playback. It also displays track information such as ID3 tags and file names. Playback modes include:
