Dating from the late 1980s, it employs a Class-AB topology and utilises Hitachi MOS-FET output stages to produce a characteristically warm and engaging sound signature.

The B200 is well-equipped for analogue sources, featuring dedicated inputs for both Moving Coil (MC) and Moving Magnet (MM) cartridges, alongside standard line-level inputs. It provides a robust 60 Watts per channel into 8 ohms, with ample headroom for dynamic passages.
