This is a package of five KEF HTS 2001.3 "Egg" satellite speakers, originally a core component of KEF's acclaimed KHT2005.3 home cinema system. These speakers are recognised for their distinctive curved aluminium enclosures and are suitable for building compact surround sound setups or enhancing stereo systems.

The design incorporates KEF's Uni-Q driver technology, which positions a 19mm tweeter at the heart of a 100mm woofer. This arrangement aims to deliver a broad soundstage and consistent audio reproduction. The speakers are rated for a peak power handling of 100 Watts RMS and have a nominal impedance of 8 Ohms, making them compatible with most standard AV receivers. Please note that these are satellite speakers and are designed to be used in conjunction with a separate active subwoofer for bass frequencies.

Their construction utilises a robust, cast-aluminium shell, finished in a high-gloss black. A key design feature is the versatile mounting base, which functions as a tabletop stand and can be rotated to serve as an integrated wall mount. Speaker connections are concealed within the base for a tidy installation.
