Overview:
The Cyrus 5 integrated amplifier shares much of its internal design and sonic character with its higher-end sibling, the Cyrus 7. In keeping with Cyrus’s modular philosophy, users could later upgrade the Cyrus 5 to full Cyrus 7 specifications—offering a clear upgrade path without replacing the entire unit.

Engineered with Cyrus’s signature focus on sound quality, technical excellence, and system flexibility, the Cyrus 5 served as the ideal core component of a high-performance audio setup. When paired with other Cyrus components or multi-room/audio-visual system extensions, it became a powerful and adaptable part of any hi-fi system.

A dedicated high-current headphone amplifier is built in, with a full-size ¼” headphone jack located on the rear panel. A front panel control allows users to switch to headphone listening and mute the speakers, while the smart detection system automatically resumes speaker output when headphones are disconnected.
