The Audiolab Omnia is a comprehensive, single-component hi-fi system designed to be the central hub of your audio setup, requiring only the addition of speakers. Its elegantly curved aluminium casing houses a versatile array of technologies, seamlessly blending physical media playback with modern digital streaming capabilities.

At its heart, the Omnia features a 50W per channel Class AB amplifier, drawing inspiration from the acclaimed Audiolab 6000A. It incorporates a high-performance CD transport, derived from the 6000CDT, complete with a digital buffer to ensure smooth playback even with imperfect discs. High-resolution audio is handled by an ESS9038 Q2M Sabre 32 Reference DAC, capable of decoding up to 32-bit/768kHz PCM and DSD512, with full MQA hardware decoding support.

Network streaming is facilitated by the DTS Play-Fi platform, offering access to services like Tidal, Qobuz, and Amazon Music, along with multi-room audio capabilities. Spotify Connect is integrated for straightforward streaming, and the unit is Roon Tested for seamless integration into a Roon environment. Bluetooth 5.0 with Qualcomm aptX and aptX LL codecs provides convenient wireless audio.

The rear panel offers extensive connectivity, including a low-noise MM phono stage for turntables, two optical and two coaxial digital inputs, a PC USB-B port, and a USB-A input for external storage. Three RCA auxiliary inputs are provided for legacy sources. The Omnia also includes pre-amplifier outputs for external power amplifiers or subwoofers, and a dedicated headphone amplifier on the front panel.
